When will my order be shipped?
We do our utmost to deliver the order to your home as quickly as possible. We ensure that all orders are delivered within 1 to 3 working days. Our courier, BPOST delivers from Monday to Friday.

How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is sent from our distribution center you will receive a shipping confirmation with the track & trace code of your order. Once your order has been taken with the mail deliverer you can follow it.

I am not home when my order is delivered, what should I do?
No problem! The delivery person will put a note in your mailbox and let you know which steps you should take in order to obtain your package.
