Return period
You have a period of 14 calendar days to revoke the purchase and to confirm that you intend to return the item.

Return costs
When returning your purchase, a fee of €5,00 will be deducted to cover for the shipping and administration.

Reimbursement
Upon receiving your return shipment, we will refund the purchase price of the returned goods within a period of 14 working days. Lost returns without proof of shipment (e.g. a Track & Trace code) will not be eligible for reimbursement.

Condition of returned goods
Keep the articles in their original condition and / or packaging, including the tag. If the item you return is damaged or the packaging is (partially) missing, we can hold you liable for the impairment that the property has undergone as a result and claim a proportional compensation for the impairment.
